Hello! I’m Emma, the writer of Yesterday’s Curry newsletter!
I am a trained chef from Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, food writer and run my own Goan spice business (www.yesterdayscurry.com)
As a mixed race Goan who has grown up in the UK, this newsletter is a way for me to connect with my heritage. I am so delighted with how many of the Goan community I have met through this newsletter so far and I hope this will continue for a long time!
